A. In any online system which provides a service that a licensed operator is authorized to provide pursuant to the Oklahoma Vehicle License and Registration Act there shall include a step where the individual shall select a licensed operator in the state to process any online transaction. The motor license agent as defined in Section 1102 of this title does not include Service Oklahoma.B. Licensed operators selected as provided in subsection A of this section shall receive all fees provided by the Oklahoma Vehicle License and Registration Act.C. The selection step required pursuant to subsection A of this section shall be installed and operational no later than January 1, 2021.Added by Laws 2010, c. 476, § 1, emerg. eff. June 10, 2010.
