The identification device shall be the property of the Commission at all times, and shall be subject to seizure and confiscation by the Commission for any good cause and at the will of the Commission. Laws 1939, p. 59, § 4; Laws 1968, c. 190, § 16, eff. Sept. 30, 1968.
