§ 47-10-117

Any incorporated city, town, village or other municipality may by ordinance require that the driver of a vehicle involved in an accident shall also file with a designated city department a report of such accident or a copy of any report herein required to be filed with the Department. All such reports shall be for the confidential use of the city department and subject to the provisions of Section 10-115 of this Code. Laws 1961, p. 372, § 10-117.
