A. All unencumbered balances contained in the Motorcycle Safety and Drunk Driving Awareness Fund as of April 30, 2007, shall be deposited to the credit of the Department of Public Safety Revolving Fund of the State Treasury. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall be authorized to transfer the unencumbered balance described by this subsection to the Department of Public Safety Revolving Fund. B. Any unexpended balance contained in the Motorcycle Safety and Drunk Driving Awareness Fund as of April 30, 2007, shall be transferred and deposited to the credit of the Department of Public Safety Revolving Fund of the State Treasury. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall be authorized to transfer the unexpended balance described by this subsection to the Department of Public Safety Revolving Fund.Added by Laws 2007, c. 320, § 11, eff.
