At a railroad-highway grade crossing, a person operating a Class A, B or C commercial motor vehicle shall not negotiate the crossing if there is: 1. Insufficient space to drive completely through the crossing without stopping; or2. Insufficient clearance for the undercarriage of the vehicle.Added by Laws 2002, c. 169, § 3, eff. Oct. 1, 2002.
