A. No motor vehicle shall be operated on the highways of this state in which there is installed any television-type receiving equipment, the viewer, monitor, or screen of which can be seen by any person sitting in the seat from which such motor vehicle is operated. B. This section shall not be construed to prohibit the use of television-type receiving equipment used exclusively for navigation, safety of vehicle operation, or law enforcement purposes.Added by Laws 1961, p. 412, § 12-411.
