A. Upon issuance of a permit pursuant to the provisions of Section 14-103D of this title, the Department of Transportation shall notify the Oklahoma Tax Commission of the issuance of such permit. The notification shall include the permit information required by subsection B of Section 14-103D of this title. B. Upon notification of issuance of the permit pursuant to subsection A of this section, the Tax Commission shall notify the county assessor of the county in which the manufactured home is to be located, of the issuance of the permit.
