A. Agricultural motor vehicles engaged in intrastate commerce shall be exempt from the requirement for electronic logging devices and hours of services as mandated by Section 32301(b) of the U.S. Commercial Motor Vehicle Safety Enhancement Act. B. For the purposes of this section, agricultural vehicles shall include, but are not limited to, single axel trucks with a gooseneck or bumper pull trailer for the purpose of hauling horses or livestock, and trailers with living quarters.Added by Laws 2018, c. 265, § 1, eff.
