The Commissioner of the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services is hereby authorized to set aside automobiles for the use of the Department without identifying marks. These vehicles may be used to provide client services. Added by Laws 1995, c. 77, § 1, eff. Nov. 1, 1995.
