Motor carrier enforcement officers as authorized in Section 171.1 of this title shall have authority and powers as provided for those motor carrier officers authorized under the provisions of Section 172 of this title. Added by Laws 1983, c. 151, § 4, emerg. eff. May 26, 1983.
