A. There is hereby created within the Highway Patrol Division the Bomb Squad Section which shall consist of such employees the Commissioner of Public Safety deems necessary to carry out the provisions of Section 122.2 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes. B. The Commissioner is authorized to purchase and maintain necessary equipment and supplies and shall provide proper training necessary for the enforcement of the provisions of this section.Added by Laws 2003, c. 168, § 4, eff.
