Commissioned or CLEET-certified agents of the Military Department of the State of Oklahoma who are hired on or after July 1, 2024, shall participate ýin and make contributions to the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement System as other participating employers and members ýof the System. Such employees shall not make contributions to any plan offered by the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System, other than the Oklahoma State Employees Deferred Compensation Plan and the Oklahoma State Employees Deferred Savings Incentive Plan. The Department shall be a participating employer in the Oklahoma ýLaw Enforcement Retirement System for all Military Department of the State of Oklahoma ýcommissioned or CLEET-certified agents who participate in the Oklahoma Law ýEnforcement Retirement System pursuant to the provisions of this section.ý Added by Laws 2024, c. 361, § 4, eff.
