A. The Director may enter into interagency agreements for the inspection, release, and disclosure of information contained in the records of Service Oklahoma to the extent that the inspection, release, or disclosure is necessary and appropriate. B. The Director may enter into interagency agreements in order to administer the responsibilities pursuant to the provisions of this act, including, but not limited to, the receipt of proceeds for the provision of services provided by Service Oklahoma.C. The Director may enter into interagency agreements with the Department of Public Safety to assume control over the operations or management and acquire ownership of any satellite offices of the Department of Public Safety that provide driving services.Added by Laws 2022, c. 282, § 8, emerg. eff.
