§ 47-4-101

This chapter does not apply to the following unless a title or registration has been issued on such vehicles under this act: 1. A vehicle moved solely by animal power;2. An implement of husbandry, except as provided in Section 4-102 and 4-104 of this title;3. Special mobilized machinery;4.
