A. A person not entitled to possession of a vehicle who, without the consent of the owner and with intent to deprive the owner, temporarily or otherwise, of the vehicle or its possession, takes, uses or drives the vehicle shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment in the custody of the Department of Corrections for a term not to exceed two (2) years. B. A person not entitled to possession of an implement of husbandry who, without the consent of the owner and with intent to deprive the owner, temporarily or otherwise, of the implement of husbandry or its possession, takes, uses or drives the implement of husbandry shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a felony punishable in accordance with the provisions of Section 17-102 of this title.Added by Laws 1961, p. 336, § 4-102, eff.
