The following words and phrases, when used in this act, shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to like words and phrases by the motor carrier statutes of Oklahoma, except as herein provided: 1. The term 'identification application' shall mean the application as provided by the Commission, for making application for motor carrier vehicle identification devices; and2. The term 'identification device' shall mean the motor carrier vehicle identification device issued by the Commission under the provisions of this act for the purpose of identifying powered motor carrier vehicles operated under and coming within the provisions of this act or the Motor Carrier Act of 1995.Added by Laws 1939, p. 58, § 2.
