As used in the Oklahoma Crusher Act: 1. 'Commission' means the Oklahoma Used Motor Vehicle, Dismantler, and Manufactured Housing Commission;2. 'Crusher' means a person engaged in the business of crushing or shredding used motor vehicles, trailers, or nonmotorized recreational vehicles; and3. 'Person' means an individual, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, joint venture, trust, association, or any other legal entity however organized.Added by Laws 2014, c. 376, § 2, eff.
