§ 52.143

Any person, firm or corporation violating any rule, regulation or order of the Commission authorized by this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction may be punished by a fine not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) or exceeding Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00). Each day such a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. Added by Laws 1955, p. 483, § 5, emerg. eff. May 19, 1955.
