The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services is authorized and directed to fix the maximum amount of the petty cash fund created in Section 46 of this title and to prescribe forms, systems and procedures for its administration. The petty cash fund may be reimbursed from time to time by the filing of proper claims, accompanied by valid receipts for expenditures made. Added by Laws 1968, c. 124, § 2, emerg. eff.
