As used in Section 240.22 et seq. of this title: 1. 'Account' means a demand deposit account, checking or negotiable withdrawal order account, savings account, time deposit account, money-market mutual fund account or brokerage account;2. 'Financial institution' means any federal or state bank or savings association, federal or state credit union, benefit association, insurance company, safe deposit company, money-market mutual fund or similar entity authorized to do business by the State of Oklahoma; and3. 'Noncompliance with an order for support' means that the obligor has failed to make child support payments required by a child support order in an amount equal to the child support payable for at least ninety (90) days.Added by Laws 1997, c. 402, § 26, eff.
