A. The Department of Human Services shall promulgate rules prescribing minimum standards for adult companion homes. B. In promulgating rules prescribing such standards the Department shall consult with the State Department of Health, the State Bureau of Investigation and the State Fire Marshal.Added by Laws 1993, c. 159, § 10, eff.
