As used in the Oklahoma Family Support Act: 1. 'Department' means the Department of Human Services;2. 'Family' means a family member and his or her parent or legal guardian; and3. 'Family member' means a person less than eighteen (18) years of age with developmental or intellectual disability as defined in Section 1408 of Title 10 of the Oklahoma Statutes.Added by Laws 1992, c. 277, § 2, eff.
