A. To be eligible for appointment as a Pardon and Parole Board member, a person shall possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and have at least five (5) years of experience in one or more of the following fields: 1. Criminal justice;2. Parole;3. Probation;4. Corrections;5. Criminal law;6. Law enforcement;7. Mental health services;8. Substance abuse services; or9. Social work.B.
