Whenever a prisoner willfully violates rules and regulations for the public works project as promulgated by the Director, the Director may, after proper hearing, determine what portion, if any, of the time credits earned shall be forfeited. Added by Laws 1975, c. 211, § 7, emerg. eff. May 27, 1975.
