§ 58.30

If no person appears to contest the probate of a will, the court may admit it to probate on the testimony or affidavit given after the will has been filed of one of the subscribing witnesses only if satisfied from the testimony or affidavit of such witness that the will was executed in all particulars as required by law, and that the testator was of sound mind at the time of its execution. This section shall not apply to self-proved wills as described in Title 84 O.S., Section 55. R.L.1910, § 6208; Laws 1976, c. 159, § 2, eff. Oct. 1, 1976.
