§ 58-912-1

The court administrator shall prepare forms for parties using the procedure under this act, which forms shall be reviewed and approved by the Supreme Court and thereafter distributed to all county clerks by the court administrator. Added by Laws 1983, c. 20, § 2, eff. Nov. 1, 1983.
