A. Each application for reregistration, as set forth in Section 20 of this act, shall be accompanied by a reregistration fee in an amount fixed by the Board. B. All reregistration fees paid to the secretary of the Board under the provisions of this act shall be deposited with the State Treasurer, who shall place the same in the regular depository fund of the Board. Said fund, less the ten percent (10%) gross fees paid into the General Fund of the state under the provisions of Sections 211 through 214 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes, shall be expended in the manner and for the purposes now provided by law.Added by Laws 1941, p. 243, § 3, emerg. eff.
