For the purpose of surrendering a defendant after a breach of the undertaking, the following persons may return the defendant to custody: 1. A bondsman or surety;2. A licensed bail enforcer having authority under a client contract with a bondsman or surety pursuant to the Bail Enforcement and Licensing Act; or3.
