A. The violation of any provision of the Oklahoma Pharmacy Act for which no penalty is specifically provided shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. B. Any person who shall willfully make any false representations in procuring or attempting to procure for himself or herself, or for another, licensure under the Oklahoma Pharmacy Act shall be guilty of the felony of perjury.Added by Laws 1961, p. 452, § 25.
