§ 59-46-17

Any person or entity convicted of violating any provision of the State Architectural and Licensed Interior Designers Act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. The continued violation of any provision of the State Architectural and Licensed Interior Designers Act during each day shall be deemed to be a separate offense. Upon conviction thereof, the person or entity shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed one (1) year, or by a fine of not more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment for each offense. The Board may request the appropriate district attorney to prosecute such violation and seek an injunction against such practice. Added by Laws 1986, c. 287, § 25, operative July 1, 1986.
