§ 59-46-45

The privilege of engaging in practice as a licensed interior designer is personal based upon the qualifications of the individual and evidenced by the individual's license. The license is not transferable. Added by Laws 2021, c. 443, § 27, eff. July 1, 2021. Amended by Laws 2024, c. 138, § 27.
