The Governor may remove any member of the Board for misconduct, incompetence, neglect of duty or any sufficient cause, in the manner prescribed by law for removal of state officials. Vacancies in the membership of the Board shall be filled for the unexpired term by appointment by the Governor as provided in this act. Added by Laws 1968, c. 245, § 6, emerg. eff. April 26, 1968.
