The Board shall hold at least four regular meetings each year. Special meetings may be held as the bylaws of the Board provide. The Board shall elect or appoint annually the following officers: Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary. A quorum of the Board shall consist of a majority of the full Board that includes at least one professional surveyor member. Added by Laws 1968, c. 245, § 7, emerg. eff. April 26, 1968.
