A. It shall be a ground for removal from the Committee if a member: 1. does not have at the time of appointment the qualifications required for appointment to the Committee;2. does not maintain during service on the Committee the qualifications required for appointment to the Committee; or3. violates any provision of the Licensed Dietitian Act.B. If a ground for removal of a member from the Committee exists, the Committee's actions taken during the existence of the ground for removal are valid.Added by Laws 1984, c. 144, § 5, eff.
