The Oklahoma Board of Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors shall promulgate rules governing any certification or licensure action to be taken pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act. Added by Laws 2004, c. 313, § 13, emerg. eff. May 19, 2004.
