Nothing in this act shall be construed to require reimbursement under the policies of health insurers and nonprofit hospital or medical service plans unless the contract specifically calls for reimbursement to licensed professional counselors. Added by Laws 1985, c. 145, § 20, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
