There is hereby appropriated to the Board of Examiners in Optometry from the monies which will accrue to the Optometry Board Fund of the State of Oklahoma, for each fiscal year hereafter, a sum equal to ninety percent (90%) of such accruals. Laws 1949, p. 659, § 1; Laws 1951, p. 271.
