§ 59-858-308

In the interest of the public, the Commission shall keep a current list of the names and addresses of all licensees, and of all persons whose licenses have been suspended or revoked, together with such other information relative to the enforcement of the provisions of this Code as it may deem advisable and desirable. Such listings and information shall be a matter of public record. Laws 1974, c. 121, § 308, operative July 1, 1974.
