A. The Commission may place a license on inactive status when the request therefor is accompanied by sufficient reason; however, said status shall not relieve the licensee from paying the required fees. The request for inactive status shall be in writing on forms furnished by the Commission. B. During active military service, any licensee shall not be required to pay the fees but shall request the inactive status prior to each term for which the license is to be issued.Added by Laws 1974, c. 121, § 309, operative July 1, 1974.
