A. The Committee of Home Inspector Examiners shall not approve any school of home inspection instruction until it has received and examined the curriculum, syllabi or program of instruction of the school or organization conducting or offering the instruction. B. Nothing in the Home Inspection Licensing Act shall be construed as relieving a school of home inspection from responsibility for compliance pursuant to law with the requirements of any other agency.Added by Laws 2001, c. 423, § 8, eff.
