The term of a certificate issued under the authority of this act shall be three (3) years from the date of issuance. The expiration date of certificate shall appear on the certificate and no other notice of its expiration need be given to its holder. Added by Laws 1990, c. 327, § 15, emerg. eff. May 31, 1990.
