SHORT TITLE. A. Sections 1 through 13 of this act shall be known and may be cited as the 'Uniform Environmental Covenants Act'.B. The provisions of the Uniform Environmental Covenants Act apply to real property in Oklahoma that otherwise qualifies under the provisions of the act.Added by Laws 2006, c. 182, § 1, eff.
