If any abstractor fails to obtain written authorization by the owner, purchaser or lessee of the land and subsequently summarizes, abstracts or copies the mortgage or bond indenture in full, he shall be liable for damages. Added by Laws 1982, c. 109, § 2, emerg. eff. April 6, 1982.
