In an action against a trust director for breach of trust, the director may assert the same defenses ýa trustee in a like position and under similar circumstances could assert in an action for breach of ýtrust against the trustee.ý Added by Laws 2024, c. 369, § 15, eff. Nov. 1, 2024.
