A. The administration of every property shall be governed by bylaws, a true copy of which shall be annexed to the declaration and to the first deed of each unit. The bylaws may be detached from the deed prior to recording if the bylaws are filed of record and described on said deed by reference to book and page, or if the grantee shall certify on the first deed that the bylaws were so annexed and detached prior to recording. B. Any first deed to a unit prior to the effective date of this act without a copy of the bylaws attached, shall be deemed to have complied with the provisions of this section.Laws 1963, c. 288, § 19.
