The sum of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the State Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, to be placed in the revolving fund of said institution for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this act. Laws 1941, p. 266, § 3.
