Any person who with intent to defraud uses on a public security: (a) A facsimile signature, or any reproduction of it, of any authorized officer, or(b) Any facsimile seal, or any reproduction of it, of this state or of any of its departments, agencies, or other instrumentalities or of any of its political subdivisions or districtsis guilty of a felony and shall be punishable as provided by Section 9 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.Added by Laws 1959, p. 258, § 4.
