Prior to voting on refunding or altering the original terms of the bond issue involved, the entity involved must hold a public hearing to advise the public of the terms, conditions, fees and expenses involved. Notice of such hearing must be given at least ten (10) days prior thereto. Added by Laws 1987, c. 94, § 3, emerg. eff. May 18, 1987.
