The State Department of Health may authorize long-term care administrators to be the administrator of record for more than one facility, provided that the facilities are within a fifty-mile radius of each other, the sum total of the administrator’s responsibility does not exceed more than one hundred twenty (120) occupied beds, and each facility retains an assistant administrator. This provision shall not apply to direct care staff. Added by Laws 2007, c. 347, § 9, eff. Nov. 1, 2007.
