A. The State Board of Pharmacy, the State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision and the State Board of Osteopathic Examiners shall create a certification program for abortion-inducing drugs. The program shall be known as the Oklahoma Abortion-Inducing Drug Certification Program. B. The State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision, the State Board of Osteopathic Examiners and the State Board of Pharmacy may assess reasonable fees on their respective licensees and enter into contracts with persons or entities to implement the Oklahoma Abortion-Inducing Drug Certification Program.C. Abortion-inducing drugs shall not be provided directly to the patient through the mail, telemedicine or otherwise outside of the parameters of the Oklahoma Abortion-Inducing Drug Certification Program.Added by Laws 2021, c. 578, § 4, eff.
